OUR INGREDIENTS:
All ingredients were carefully selected by our owner-master-chef SHIGEO NONAKA including well known Wagyu Beef, free range chicken, black hair pork, fresh seafood etc. Chef SHIGEO prepares every single broth with care using traditional ingredients - bonito flakes, kelp, etc: very generously from scratch avoiding the usage of commercial and chemical and instant flavoring for the better taste and your health.He only uses the first broth stock for soup and sauces for the best flavor.
Traditionally prepared, creatively presented, many of our signature dishes will amuse you with its exclusive uniqueness.

Variety of exclusive rice wine SAKE are collected from all over Japan and amuse not only serious SAKE lovers with its exclusive collections but also local and non-Japanese visitors with its aroma, body, and aftertaste which vary a lot depending on the region and brand using different types of rice and water.
